The film focuses on the story of two brothers who work in the media profession, one of whom works in the West Bank and the other works in the Gaza Strip. Through their stories, the documentary focuses on the events in the Gaza Strip in light of the genocide that has been ongoing since October 7. While the two brothers are telling about the dangers they face in their profession they receive shocking news about the martyrdom of some of their family members.

Hamza Amjed Essa Afaneh, a Palestinian journalist and filmmaker, works at “Palmomenta” in the West Bank. Through his visual stories, he sheds light on Palestinian realities and highlights social and cultural issues with a creative spirit. He began his career as a field journalist before transitioning into filmmaking, producing and directing several short films that documented inspiring human experiences and received local and international acclaim. He believes that art and media are powerful tools for change, in fact he strives to foster cultural dialogue and amplify the voices of Palestinian youth.
